- "mentions" = average of the daily values recorded on each day of the ISO week (Mon–Sun, UTC). Each daily value is the trailing-24h count of Reddit (via ApeWisdom) + 4chan /biz/ mentions, recorded at the first price refresh after 00:00 UTC. "mentions_total" = sum of those daily values; "days" = how many daily values the week has.
- Week-over-week comparison
- Week-over-week: "prev_mentions" is the same average for the previous ISO week (2026-10-12 to 2026-10-18) from the same daily rollup (it holds ~90 days, so this is a true week-over-week comparison). "mention_change_pct" = (mentions - prev_mentions) / prev_mentions x 100, only when prev_mentions >= 12 (smaller bases are too noisy); otherwise null.
- Price change
- "price" = USD price at the last daily snapshot of the week; "price_change_pct" = change vs the last daily snapshot of the previous week (CoinLore prices, recorded ~00:00 UTC). Null when either snapshot is missing.
- Top 10
- Top 10 coins by "mentions" (average daily mentions). "share_pct" = share of the summed average daily mentions of all coins in the universe.
- Spikes
- Coins with mentions >= 12/day and a positive mention_change_pct, ranked by mention_change_pct (top 10).
- Divergences
- Coins where chatter and price moved in opposite directions: mention_change_pct >= +20% with price_change_pct < 0 ("mentions_up_price_down"), or mention_change_pct <= -20% with price_change_pct > 0 ("mentions_down_price_up"). Ranked by divergence_score = |mention_change_pct| x |price_change_pct| (top 10).
